Mick Mars New Supergroup w Michael Anthony, Ace, Peter & Lady Gaga

Motley Crue guitarist Mick Mars announced that he has formed a new supergroup. The new band will include Ace Frehley and Peter Criss of KISS fame, Michael Anthony from Van Halen and Lady Gaga. The supergroup will record and tour this year.

Mick Mars has been in the news lately for his feud with his ex bandmates from Motley Crue. Mars got into a brawl with his former band at a Waffle House in Terre Haute, Indiana. Mars friend Carmine Appice got into a brawl with Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx in Los Angeles. Finally Mars is suing Motley Crue claiming they forced him out of the band, stole his guitar picks and are a bunch of douches.

Mars announced today that he is launching the greatest super group of all time. “I was sick of the BS” said Mars. “So I got on the phone and called up some friends who were put through the wringer by annoying band mates. Ace and Peter have been dealing with a ton of crap from those clowns Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. Paul called Ace an old gas passer and Simmons tried harvesting Peter and Ace’s organs. They had public brawls in the street recently as well. They jumped at the chance to play in a calm loving environment.”

Mars continued, “Michael Anthony has PTSD from all the stuff he had to deal with over there at Van Halen. Can you imagine dealing with David Lee Roth and the Van Halen brothers for all those years? I read interviews where the other band members called poor Michael a chubby little kid and compared him to Stewart on Beavis and Butthead. No one deserves that treatment. I held Michael and my arms and we both had a good cry yesterday. He is so excited to be in a safe space band now.”

What About Gaga?

“When it came to selecting a singer, we went through the whole list of disgruntled singers. We discussed Axl David Lee Roth Kip Winger Gary Cherone and Steve Perry. Then we looked into 80s singers such as Blackie Lawless Tim Ripper Owens David Coverdale and even Corey Feldman and Adam Lambert. We immediately dismissed all of the divas and cover band singers. Then Peter Criss yelled out, What about Gaga? I said yes that could work, she is a great singer, loves Rock and loves old dudes. She works with Tony Bennett. We are like kids compared to Tony. So we rang her up and she said Yes absolutely let’s get together right now and jam.”

The whole band then got together at Electric Lady studios in NYC and jammed to Kiss classics, Crue songs, Van Halen and even rocking versions of Gaga songs. “Gaga could hit all the notes in the original keys” said Mars. “It is so refreshing to play music without backing tracks.” Lady Gaga then told Madhouse News, “I Love Old Dudes, Old Dudes Rule”. The band then decided ‘Old Dudes Rule’ would be the name of the band. Other possible names are: “Mars, Uranus & Gaga” “Peter, Paul & Gaga” “Gaga Goo-Goo” and “GagaRella”.
