Brian May: “Queen is Much Better w Adam Lambert Than Freddie Mercury”

Queen guitarist Brian May declared today that Adam Lambert is a better singer than Freddie Mercury. May stunned fans all over the world as he stated that new Queen singer Lambert is better than the beloved icon Mercury. Then he put salt in the wounds by also adding that Queen is a better band with Lambert.

May made the shocking announcement today on social media causing a frenzy. The comparison came as Queen announced a North American tour. “Queen is going on tour again with the best singer we ever had” posted May. Brian then elaborated during an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

Adam Lambert vs Freddie Mercury

“Freddie was an OK singer” said May. “He had some charisma and the fans liked him. Queen had some success. However, compared to Adam Lambert, Freddie was just average. Adam’s vocal range and command of the audience is something I have not witnessed in my lifetime. Lambert is godlike and a true original. Queen has never been better and I demand Adam replace Freddie in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Basically Freddie is not fit to hold Adam’s diamond studded jock strap.”

As you can imagine, this caused quite a stir and fans were outraged. Queen and Freddie Mercury took to social media in droves. Brett Bayne tweeted, “This is disgusting. Brian thinks he is a big shot now that he got knighted but he would be a goofy professor somewhere if it wasn’t for Freddie.”

Another Mercury fan Robert Van Landingham stated, “Adam Lambert sucks A$$, figuratively and literally. He sounds like my Aunt Sheila when she gets drunk at a wedding and starts caterwauling to Bohemian Rhapsody with the band uninvited. Freddie is a legend, he is the greatest lead singer and frontman of all time. Brian and Adam can both bite my scrotum, but I bet they would like it.”

Adam Lambert reacted to the debate by stating, “Who’s Freddie Mercury? This is my band now B*tches. Queen + Adam Lambert for now but soon it will be Adam Lambert’s Queen. I have been nice up to now but you haters can lick my nutsack. Freddie is over rated and I am a genius. I demand they tear that Freddie statue down in Switzerland and replace it with a statue of moi.”
