Dickey Betts Throws Alligator Into Wendy’s Drive-Thru Window

Guitarist Dickey Betts allegedly threw an alligator through a fast-food chain’s drive-thru window after they messed up his order. The Allman Brothers guitar player was angered and exploded after the restaurant messed up his order for the fifth time in one week.

It is alleged that Forrest Richard Betts, aka Dickey Betts threw a 3.5 foot alligator through a Sarasota County Wendy’s drive-thru window, according to Florida Fish Wildlife and Conservation officials.

Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit

A report by wildlife officer John Pyne states that Betts drove his pickup truck to the window at about 7:20 a.m. Mr. Betts ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Combo with a large coffee. When an employee handed Mr. Betts the wrong order, he tossed an alligator through the window and sped off.

Betts stated, “How much can a man take? I order the same darn thing every day and every day they mess it up. How hard is it to put a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit into a bag and pour me a large coffee into a cup? For chrissakes I could train a chimpanzee to do it. What kind of dummies do they have working here”.

“Everyday they give me the wrong order. One day they give me a Sausage, Egg and Cheese. The next day it is a Breakfast Baconator. They actually gave me the correct Chicken Biscuit once but then gave me a Mountain Dew instead of coffee”.

“I come here everyday hoping today will be the day they get the order right. Do you know how delicious a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is? A crispy, chicken fillet, perfectly seasoned and topped with maple honey butter on a fluffy buttermilk biscuit. It’s sweet, it’s savory, and it’s a great reason to get out of bed in the morning”.

“It’s like that scene in the movie Falling Down with Michael Douglas. He just could not take it anymore and I could not take it anymore. I was ready for them today though. I caught a small gator on the lake and I had him locked and loaded. It was just to scare them though, I had his mouth taped shut”.

Police and Fish & Game officials took photos with the rock star and had him autograph some Allman Brothers albums. He was then released and ordered Wendy’s staff to give him a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit to go. This time they got the order right.
