Vince Neil Accuses Tommy Lee of Sexual Assault in Helicopter

Vince Neil claims that he too was sexually assaulted by Tommy Lee in a helicopter. One day earlier a woman alleges that Lee forced himself on her in the cockpit of a chopper back in 2003. Neil stated his assault was eerily similar but took place many years ago.

Neil alleges that the incident took place in 1987. “It was following a show in Oakland, Ca” said Vince. “We had a day off so Tommy got his friend to fly us on his helicopter back to Los Angeles to attend an Aerosmith concert. I was hesitant at first but decided what was the worst that could happen.”

“I was concerned because after Tommy gets inebriated he loses his mind. He and Nikki had been up for two days already at this point and out of their minds. They were hopped up on goofballs and acting erratically. I was nervous because when they get like this they often confuse me for a chick. Back in 1987 I was thin, had long blonde hair and wore make up. I cannot tell you how many times I was groped by drunken rock stars who thought I was a chick.”

Once the helicopter was up in the air, Vince alleges that both Sixx and Lee started to drink alcohol. They smoked marijuana, snorted cocaine, and popped pills. He claims he didn’t partake in the drugs or alcohol. However, he was pressured to enter the cockpit and sit on Lee’s lap to get a better view. The plaintiff then says in the suit that Lee started “forcibly groping, kissing and penetrating him with his fingers and a drumstick, and attempting to force him to perform oral copulation.”

Cockpit

Neil continues, “Tommy kept insisting I was a girl and I tried to explain that it was me Vince. He would not listen and kept saying, Why do you think they call it a cockpit. He would then laugh maniacally and grope me some more. Sixx was making Uranus jokes and Tommy cockpit and rear admiral jokes.”

By this point, Vince was in tears, but he had nowhere to go — he was trapped with little mobility to leave the cockpit. They landed in Los Angeles and they partied the night away with David Bowie and Aerosmith. Vince relayed the story to Steven Tyler who laughed hysterically and wrote the song “Dude Looks Like a Lady” about the incident.
