Eminem Accuses Justin Bieber of Cultural Appropriation for Dreads

Rapper Eminem has called for the arrest and prosecution of Justin Bieber. We are not sure that cultural appropriation is a jail-able offense, but The Biebs should definitely be detained by the fashion police for his new dreads.

Singer Justin Bieber is in hot water again for his hairstyle. Bieber displayed his new flowing dreadlocks on Instagram and was immediately attacked.

Eminem called him out immediately, tweeting ,“Dreads are not a fashion statement. This is our culture and our identity and not to be used for fashion. This is cultural appropriation and I know you can do better. Please educate yourself, you shouldn’t be wearing dreads.”

This isn’t the first time Bieber has found himself accused of cultural appropriation. Back in 2016 the “Justice” singer also embraced dreadlocks and was met with similar backlash. He also got in hot water for wearing a giant afro wig to the grammy’s and corn rows to the MTV VMA’s.

The most shocking incident occurred when Justin showed off his new 1970’s porn ‘stache and was immediately called out by the Village People. The Cowboy, The Biker and The Construction Worker all called him out for stealing their look. “The porn stache goes all the way back to Stonewall” tweeted The Cowboy. “This little weenie Bieber is using it as a fashion statement without giving me credit, or any money. I trademarked that mustache. He owes me $1.7 million dollars.”

It wasn’t all negative in the comments though, some took a liking to Bieber’s new style. Joe Schafbuch called the singer a “living legend,” while Lenny Kravitz, who also sports dreadlocks, wrote, “We twinning once more, love you.”

“Swags crazy,” Rocker Dee Snider commented under one of Bieber’s post and then added additional comments: “Justin Bieber Dreads! – You Just out here living your best life. You da man You do you bro.”
