Dave Mustaine Drop Kicks Trick-or-Treater In James Hetfield Costume

Dave Mustaine, the iconic frontman of Megadeth, reportedly drop-kicked a trick-or-treater dressed as Metallica’s James Hetfield. Witnesses say it all started when a pint-sized, little “Hetfield” showed up on Mustaine’s porch. Little James mouthed off to Mustaine and ended up in the bushes.

It was your typical Halloween in the quiet, suburban neighborhood where Dave Mustaine resides. Children in costumes roamed the streets, eagerly collecting candy from the unsuspecting residents. But then, something extraordinary happened. As Mustaine opened the door to hand out candy, he was met with a miniaturized version of his arch-nemesis in a well-crafted Hetfield costume.

Mustaine said , “Oh wait, I have a special treat for you my little friend”. Dave then proceeded to dump candy corn, circus peanuts, raisins and dental floss into the Metallica kid’s Halloween bucket. Dave then returned to handing out good snacks like full size Snickers, Kit-Kats and Milk Duds to the other children.

Little Hetfield did not take kindly to this and shouted, “Oh yeah, well, Metallica rules and Megadeth sucks A$$.” Without warning, Mustaine executed a flawless drop kick, sending the young Hetfield impersonator flying across the lawn and tumbling head over heels into the bushes. Parents and fellow trick-or-treaters gasped in amazement and horror, as this scene of heavy metal mayhem unfolded on a normally quiet cul-de-sac.

Drop Kick

Mustaine’s drop kick instantly went viral on social media, with fans and detractors alike sharing their thoughts. Some hailed him as a hero, while others wondered if he might have overreacted just a smidge. Meanwhile, the young Hetfield impersonator, miraculously unscathed after his flight through the air, dusted himself off and insisted, “I still like Metallica better, I am glad they threw him out of the band and Megadeth still sucks a$$.”

Obviously Dave Mustaine takes Halloween as seriously as he takes his music. So, next Halloween, if you’re dressing your kid as Lars or Kirk, you might want to think twice before approaching Mustaine’s house, or you could end up with a boot in the pants, and lying in the bushes.
