Happy Birthday Mick Jagger

Mick Jagger

Michael Phillip Jagger was born July 26, 1943 in Dartford, Kent, England. He has two parents, Basil and Eva and one younger brother, Chris. Mick met Keith Richards in 1950 in school, the boys were separated when The Jaggers moved away. The pair met again on a train in 1960 and rekindled their friendship with their shared interest in the blues and rock n roll. That day they met on the train is considered to be one of the most important days in history.

Jagger’s life might have turned out completely different had it not been for a gruesome accident as a child. During a game of chess, Jagger accidentally bit through his tongue, chomping off the tip and swallowing it. Doctors waited for Jagger to excrete the tongue in an attempt to reattach but it was unsuccessful. The missing tip however gave Jagger his unique singing style. The tip is currently on exhibit at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

The Greatest

Mick, Keith, Brian, Bill and Charlie formed The Rolling Stones. The Greatest Rock n Roll Band in the World. Despite, drugs, arrests, debauchery, and in fighting, they are still going strong 50+ years and 240 million albums later. Mick is the greatest frontman of all time and an international treasure.

A conservative estimate suggests that Jagger has slept with over 40,000 women. That list includes everyone from Carly Simon to Angelina Jolie. Other Notables include: Marianne Faithfull, Bianca, Jerry Hall, L’Wrenn Scott, Carla Bruni, Margaret Thatcher, Bella Abzug, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, Nancy Pelosi and Golda Meir. Jagger has been in a relationship with American ballet dancer Melanie Hamrick. Mick was 73 when Hamrick gave birth to their son in 2016.

Who’s Your Daddy!?

Jagger is said to be extremely fertile and once impregnated a woman just by bumping into her on the street. Another lady says she got pregnant just by listening to ‘Sticky Fingers’ . Researchers performed a meta-analysis of every child born between the years 1964 – 2019, and concluded that 51% of them were fathered by Mick Jagger.

Jagger still puts on a better show than most rockers half his age. So how does he keep in such good shape? Well the shows themselves help: over the course of a single Stones concert, Jagger struts, stomps, and staggers an estimated 79 miles. In addition to the health benefits of his busy touring schedule, Jagger follows a personal fitness regimen which includes jogging, kickboxing, yoga, jazzercise, Brazilian jiu jitsu and even ballet. Jagger runs eighteen miles every day and trains six days a week. He is said to have the strength of an ant and can lift 10x his own body weight.
