I am not what you would think of as the average Tiffany fan. Back in 1987 when Tiffany was at her peak of fame, I was listening to Punk Rock such as Black Flag, Circle Jerks and Dead Kennedy’s. I recently had the opportunity to talk with Tiffany and in doing research for the interview I listened to her albums “Color of Silence” and “Rose Tattoo” and I was blown away by how good they were. I was always impressed with Tiffany as a singer and thought she was adorable, but she has developed into an amazing singer and songwriter.

I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to attend my first Tiffany concert. It was a beautiful experience. Her voice was amazing, the songs were moving, beautiful and a whole lot of fun. It was as if I was attending an intimate evening with friends at Tiffany’s house. Her fans love her and Tiffany loves them right back. She is truly appreciative of her fans and she enjoys performing for them. It was truly moving as Tiffany sang to a fan in the front row and held her hand as the fan cried in pure joy and emotion.

The show was full of surprises, hits, sing alongs, smiles and dancing. Tiffany and her band were tight, and they all looked and sounded amazing. Jennifer Friend on Vocals is a powerhouse singer in her own right and her vocals blended perfectly with Tiffany’s and she brought down the house during her spotlight song. Trevor Finley on Guitar and Vocals was brilliant, he is also a recording artist who we will hear a lot more from soon. Last but not least is Tony “TC” Castillo on Keyboards and Vocals to round out this amazing, versatile and fun band.

They played all the hits, “Could’ve Been”, “I Saw him Standing There”, got intimate with some Acoustic sit down songs and then threw a curve ball with a great version of “Bobby McGee”. Songs off the new Album “Million Miles” are as good and better than anything being recorded in 2016. A terrific Album! I didn’t think it could get any better until they closed the show with “I Think We’re Alone Now”, and the smiles on the faces of the crowd were pure happiness and joy.  An amazing night by 4 amazing professional musicians. I may not be your typical Tiffany fan but I am definitely one of her biggest fans now. If you enjoy music, and haven’t already, you need to buy “Million Miles”, “Color of Silence” and “Rose Tattoo” and then go see Tiffany in concert. You will be convinced!
